蘑菇视频 was recently selected as one of the recipients of the from Internews. It is the only UK-based media outlet to receive a grant under this project.
The fund aims to support media outlets, organisations and individuals reporting on COVID-19 for underserved communities around the world. 蘑菇视频 applied for the grant in May when it started to report about the situation of Filipino healthcare workers being disproportionately affected by Covid-19.
Internews is an where they are most needed.
蘑菇视频 will use the fund to develop its website and improve its news-gathering and reporting capacity related to Covid-19.
